Meet Our Founder & CEO
Serg Lupescu
Founder & CEO
Serg is the managing partner and chief operating officer of Valley ALF Ventures. He is now the owner of Lifestyle Care, LLC with his wife, where they specialize in running Developmental Disability Operations.
Between 2014 and 2017, Serg pursued a career in the healthcare industry as a licensed nurse aid subsequently, in 2017 he obtained his nursing degree from Southwest Baptist University before establishing his own residential assisted living facility in 2018.
As the former marketing co-chair, Serg served on the Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association (AALHA) board of directors, advocating for operators. Additionally, he runs Legion Assisted Living Academy, a program designed to support individuals with the same ambitions of opening their own residential assisted living facility.
